The legal clinic at CSAPA Horizons is back in session!

In January 2024, Schoellkopf Avocat helped launch a new legal aid clinic focused on immigration law at the Centre de Soins, d’Accompagnement et de Prévention en Addictologie (CSAPA), in partnership with its director, Julie Baudillon, and Barreau de Paris Solidarité.
Held on the first Tuesday of each month from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., these sessions offer patients of the center free, appointment-based legal advice regarding their residence and work rights in France.
Our goal is to find concrete solutions that will enable them to obtain their first residence permit—and, often, to prevent a loss of rights caused by technical or administrative hurdles during the renewal process.
Ending administrative precarity is often the first step on the path to recovery.
