Margot Schoellkopf

Founder of the firm

Margot has been practicing law since being sworn as an attorney to the Paris Bar on February 7, 2018, and holds dual expertise in public law and immigration law.

 

She founded Schoellkopf Avocat in January 2023, following five years of experience in corporate law firms of Paris. She advises companies on recruiting international talent and managing their relocation and legal stay in France.

Junior Associate Lawyer

Capucine has been practicing law since being sworn in on December 15, 2025, and possesses expertise in family and employment-based immigration law.

 

After studying European law at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, she obtained a Master II degree in the law of the mobility of persons from the University of Paris Nanterre.

 

Capucine has gained solid experience in immigration advisory services and litigation through several internships at law firms and at the Administrative Court of Paris.

 

She joined Schoellkopf Avocat in January 2026 as a junior associate. She works on matters concerning labor law and foreign nationals' residency status in France—including work permits and initial or renewed residence permits—and advises the firm's clients on obtaining long-stay visas.

 

She also handles cases involving naturalization by decree and by declaration.
